Rethinking Crime Prevention at the Municipal Level

Read the Fall 2017 Municipal Voice article by CMNCP on why municipalities should invest in upstream crime prevention through social development. We now have evidence that municipalities across the country can lower their crime and victimization rates by investing in evidence-based prevention programs and initiatives; more specifically, by investing in young people through social development at the municipal level.
